Custom Pattern

Custom Patterns as customer's own design can be fully realized as long as the smallest feasture size is >=1.0mm;  e.g. dot grid, checkerboard array, line grid, Charcu grid, crosshair, etc;

Positive type (Dark pattern on white background) and Negative type (White pattern on dark background) are flexible up to customer's option;
